Do you charge candidates for your recruitment services?

No. Our recruitment services are completely free for job seekers. Fees are charged to employer clients only.

How quickly can you fill a vacancy?

For most roles, we present a shortlist of qualified candidates within 5–10 business days. For urgent or temporary placements, we can often deploy staff within 48 hours.

Do you offer a replacement guarantee?

Yes. If a placed candidate leaves or is let go within the probationary period, we will find a replacement at no additional cost.

Can you handle payroll for temporary workers?

Yes. For all our temporary staff placements, we handle payroll, statutory contributions, and compliance — giving you one simple invoice.

Can you help recruit from outside Malta?

Absolutely. We have an extensive international network and can recruit from across Europe and beyond, including full work permit support.

Work Permits

How long does a Maltese work permit take?

Processing typically takes 4–12 weeks depending on the permit type and current caseload at Identity Malta and Jobsplus. We track every application and keep you updated.

What types of work permits does Malta offer?

Malta offers the Key Employee Initiative (KEI), the Single Permit, and EU Blue Card among others. The right type depends on salary, occupation, and nationality.

Student Counseling

Which universities in Malta do you work with?

We work with the University of Malta, MCAST (Malta College of Arts, Science & Technology), and the American University of Malta, among other recognised institutions.

How long does the Malta student visa process take?

Typically 4–8 weeks after receiving your university acceptance letter. We recommend beginning at least 3 months before your intended course start date.

Can students work part-time while studying in Malta?

Yes. International students may work up to 20 hours per week during term time and full-time during official university holidays, subject to visa conditions.
